Bagels with poppy seeds and smoked salmon

- 340 g T70 spelled flour
- 1 sachet of dehydrated baker's yeast
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp. poppy seeds
- smoked salmon
- sour cream
- salt
- For the flour, baking powder, 150 g of lukewarm water, oil and salt into the bread machine tray. Start the dough program (without machine, knead all the ingredients by hand for 10 min).
- Divide the dough into 8 balls. Dig a hole in the center. Cook them for 1 minute in a large saucepan of boiling water.
- Take the bagels out with a slotted spoon and place them on a plate. Glaze them with egg yolk and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the oven preheated to 180°C (th. 6). Let the bagels cool, cut them in half and top them with fresh cream and smoked salmon.
