Chorizo and pistachio dumplings
Ingredients

- 1 sausage
- 200 g smoked bacon
- 1 minced steak
- 2 shallots
- 1 eggs
- 120 g breadcrumbs
- 50 g shelled and coarsely chopped pistachios
To serve :
- tomato sauce
- Peel the chorizo and mix it with the bacon bits.
- Peel the shallots and mix them too.
- In a salad bowl, mix all the ingredients to obtain a homogeneous stuffing.
- Then form balls about 4 cm in diameter.
- Brown them in a pan with olive oil.
- Once they are nicely browned, place them in a baking dish lined with tomato sauce.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
