Duck skewers with orange
Ingredients
Instructions
- 1 duck breast
- 1 Orange
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cut the duck breast into cubes and incise the skin, criss-crossing it.
- Peel the orange by cutting a hat on each side then removing the skin following the curvature of the fruit.
- Incise on each side of the quarters, leaving the membranes and delicately removing the supremes.
- Salt and pepper the duck pieces.
- Drizzle with the orange juice collected by squeezing the rest of the fruit.
- Alternate meat cubes and supremes on a skewer.
- Sear the skewers on each side on the barbecue grill and cook for 4 minutes on each side.
- Serve immediately.
