Easy Baked Pork Roast

- 1 roast pork
- 2 tbsp. Old fashioned mustard
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (th.6). Heat the oil in a casserole dish or sauté pan and brown the roast pork on all sides.
- Place the roast on a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush it with mustard. Salt and pepper, for a little water, put in the oven and cook for about 50 minutes (count 30 minutes per pound) basting the roast from time to time with its cooking juices.
- Cover and let the roast rest in the turned off oven for 10 minutes before serving.
