Penne with Chestnuts, Mushrooms and Bacon

- 100 g Penne
- 100 g cooked chestnuts
- 100 g Mushrooms
- 125 g Bacon in matchsticks
- 1 shallot
- 1 knob Butter
- 1 tbsp. Mustard
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons fresh cream
- Boil salted water in a saucepan.
- Once the water is boiling, for the penne into it and cook according to the packet instructions.
- Once cooked, remove them from the heat and drain them in a colander. To book.
- Peel and coarsely chop the shallot.
- Wash and remove the tails of the mushrooms then melt the knob of butter in a saucepan.
- Once melted, add the chopped shallot and sauté over high heat.
- Once the shallot becomes translucent, add the bacon and the chestnuts then sauté for about 8 minutes over medium-high heat.
- Then add the drained penne to the pan along with the mustard and crème fraiche.
- Season with salt and pepper then let simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Serve hot!
