- 3 kg Mussels
- 1 onion
- 10 cl coconut milk
- 4 sprigs of cilantro
- 0.5 Lime
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- Peel and mince the onion. Chop the cilantro.
- In a large pot, heat the oil and fry the onion for 5 minutes.
- Add the mussels, then drizzle with lemon juice and coconut milk. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Salt, pepper and sprinkle with coriander before tasting (the mussels must be open).
