Tuna steaks with two peppers

- 4 tuna steaks
- 1 packet Mix of red peppers (and green peppers (frozen Picard))
- 1 onion
- 4 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Bunch of dill
- 1 tbsp. tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. liquid honey
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 3 Cloves
- 3 sprigs of thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt
- Pepper
- Marinate the tuna steaks 2 hours in advance with 3 tbsp. tablespoons oil, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, cloves, thyme and bay leaf, salt, pepper. Turn the steaks regularly in the marinade.
- Brown the diced peppers with the peeled and chopped onion in olive oil in a non-stick pan. Salt, pepper, keep warm.
- Cook the tuna on a grill or in a very hot skillet over high heat, 3 min on one side and 2 min on the other.
- Sprinkle with dill, serve immediately with sautéed peppers.
