Zucchini and goat cheese tarts

- 2 Chavroux® pyramids 150g
- 200 g zucchini
- 1 puff pastry
- 4 tbsp. at s. olive oil
- 30 g of hazelnuts
- 1 tbsp. at s. fresh or dried oregano
- Fleur de sel and ground pepper
- Preheat the oven to 180° (Therm.6).
- Wash the zucchini and cut them into thin slices of about 2 mm.
- Unroll the puff pastry and, using a cookie cutter, cut out circles 12 cm in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the 4 puff pastry with a generous layer of Chavroux® then arrange the zucchini slices in a rosette.
- Using a knife, coarsely chop the hazelnuts. Sprinkle them over the pies along with the oregano. Drizzle the zucchini with olive oil. Add salt and pepper.
- Place the pies in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Taste immediately.
