Coral lentil and fresh goat cheese soup

- 100 g Coral lentils
- 1 Leek
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 onion
- 1 tablet of vegetable broth
- 5 sprigs of chervil
- 40 g Fresh goat cheese
- Pepper
- Rinse the leek and zucchini, then slice them.
- Peel the onion, cut it into pieces. Rinse the chervil.
- Bring 1.2 liters of water to the boil with the vegetable stock and pepper tablet. Add the red lentils, leek, zucchini and cut onion.
- Cover and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat.
- Finely chop the chervil. Cut the fresh goat cheese into small pieces.
- Blend the soup, add the chervil, adjust the seasoning. For into 4 plates, add the cream cheese and enjoy immediately.
