Penne with prawns and zucchini

- 250 g Penne
- 2 courgettes
- 1 garlic clove
- 12 large cooked prawns, peeled
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
- 5 Basil leaves
- Salt
- Pepper
- Remove the stems from the zucchini, rinse them and cut them into slices. Peel and mince the garlic. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a fry pan and cook the zucchini with the garlic for 15 minutes, stirring.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling salted water for the time indicated on the package. Drain.
- For the pasta and prawns into the pan, continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes, sprinkle with the remaining oil, salt, pepper, sprinkle with chopped basil, mix and serve immediately.
- Tip: you can add small cubes of feta or parmesan shavings.
