Sweet and savory chicken, goat cheese and green apple burger

- 4 special burger buns
- 2 Chicken Cutlets
- 1 package of sliced bacon (Herta type)
- 8 slices of fresh goat cheese
- 150 g Plain fresh goat cheese spread
- 1 Apple
- 1 egg
- 0.5 red onion
- 40 g Salad
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp. Honey
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Bunch of chives
- Salt
- Pepper
- Wash the apple and remove the core. Cut it into slices and immerse them in lemon water. Cut half the onion into rings and chop the rest. Wash and chop the chives. Chop the cutlets in a food processor, add the chopped onion, half the chives, salt, pepper, and add the egg.
- Form 4 chicken steaks. Whisk the fresh goat cheese with the honey, the rest of the chives and the fromage blanc. Grill the bacon and cook the steaks 5 min on each side.
- Heat the buns in the oven and drain the apple slices. Spread the cheese mixture on each bun, add the salad and alternate the apples, onions, steak, bacon and finish with the slices of goat cheese.
- Close the burgers and serve.
