Smoked salmon and leek cake

- 200g Flour
- 150 g Smoked salmon bacon
- 150 g grated Emmental cheese
- 3 eggs
- 2 Onions
- 2 white leeks
- 10 cl Milk
- 15 g Butter
- 2 tbsp. tbsp Chopped dill
- 1 sachet Yeast
- 10 cl Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (th. 7). Peel the onions and chop them. Cut the leek whites into pieces.
- In a skillet, melt the butter. Sauté the onions and add the leeks. Cook until the leeks become tender.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs. Pour them into a bowl, then add the milk and olive oil. Salt, pepper and mix. Add the flour and the yeast. Add the grated Emmental cheese, leeks, onions and salmon. Mix everything well until you get a smooth paste.
- Pour the mixture into a cake tin and bake for 40 minutes.
Tip: Bake in individual molds for an appetizer recipe.
