Shrimp, avocado and smoked trout verrine

- 16 cooked prawns
- 1 Lawyer
- 2 slices smoked trout
- 4 tbsp. tbspPhiladelphia
- 4 tbsp. 1/2 tsp Salmon roe
- 0.5 Lemon juice
- 2 or 3 sprigs of chives
- 2 or 3 sprigs of dill
- Peel the prawns and cut them into pieces. Divide them among 4 verrines.
- Scoop out the flesh of the avocado and mash it with a fork. Add the lemon juice and mix. Scatter the mashed avocado over the shrimp.
- In a bowl, mix the Philadelphia with the chopped herbs. Pour 1 tbsp. tablespoons of this mixture in each verrine.
- Cut the smoked trout slices into pieces. Place them on top of the verrines and cover with 1 tbsp. of salmon eggs. Serve immediately.
Tip: You can also mix the Philadelphia and the avocado to make a smooth cream.
