AutoCook Cream Pasta Risotto

- 400 g of short pasta (coquillettes, farfalle or mezze penne)
- 200 g mushrooms
- 150 g of bacon
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 600 ml vegetable or chicken stock
- 200 ml cream
- salt pepper
- Clean the new onions, wash them and cut them into rings, separate the green stems and set them aside.
- Clean the mushrooms. Wash them and dry them on a towel.
- Cut them into thick slices.
- For the bacon into the container of the AutoCook.
- Set to the Simmer program then select Medium. Press start for phase 1.
- Lightly brown the bacon while stirring with the lid open, then add the onions and mushrooms.
- As soon as the signal sounds, set the timer according to the cooking time indicated on the pasta packaging (about 10 min).
- For the pasta into the AutoCook container and add the broth and cream.
- Press start for phase 2. Close the lid.
- Open the lid as soon as the signal sounds, add the stems of the onions, salt and pepper.
