Anti-waste pie

- 350 g Leftover vegetables (spinach (zucchini, mushrooms and/or leeks))
- 250 g Leftover meat (poultry (pork, ham, etc.))
- 50 g Leftover cheese
- 2 puff pastry
- 2 eggs
- 1 Yellow
- 15 cl Cream (or a recently expired natural yoghurt)
- 10 Petals of sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 4 sprigs of flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tbsp. tbsp Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chop up the leftover cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. Dice the meat.
- Heat the oil in a fry pan and fry the chopped onion. Add the rest of the vegetables, the meat, the dried tomatoes and 2 tbsp. water. Mix well over low heat, 3 min. Let cool.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl then add the contents of the skillet. Add the cream, chopped parsley and cheeses. Add salt and pepper.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6). Unroll 1 dough in a spring form pan. For the preparation. Make regular holes in the 2nd roll of dough and place it on the filling. Moisten the edges and pinch them to seal them. Brush the surface with egg yolk. Bake for 30 mins.
- Serve hot with a green salad.
