Cannelloni with asparagus

- 1 bunch of green asparagus
- 4 sheets of lasagna pasta
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 slices smoked ham
- 2 tbsp. liquid cream
- 30 g Comté cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cut the heel of the asparagus, peel it if necessary and rinse it. Steam the asparagus for about 10 minutes.
- Dip the lasagna sheets in boiling salted water for 4 minutes and drain on a clean cloth.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (th.6/7). Oil a baking dish. Cut each slice of ham in 2. Place 1 sheet of lasagna on the work surface, then place 1 half slice of ham and 3 or 4 asparagus. Roll the lasagna sheet to form a cannelloni.
- Repeat the process until all the ingredients are used up, then put the cannelloni in the dish. Add salt and pepper, sprinkle with cream, sprinkle with grated Comté cheese and bake for a few minutes. Serve hot.
