Chicken with carrots in Cookeo
Ingredients

- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 2 onions
- 4 carrots
- 20 cl of water
- 1 C. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 stock cube
- 1 bouquet garni
- salt pepper
- Heat the Cookeo in “brown” mode and brown the chicken drumsticks until they are golden brown.
- Then add the chopped onions and let them cook for 3 minutes then add the peeled carrots and cut into medium-sized pieces.
- Add the bouillon cube diluted in water and the bouquet garni then program the Cookeo in “rapid cooking” or “pressure cooking”/immediate start mode and adjust the cooking time to 10 min.
- Close the lid and cook.
- When the cooking is finished, open the Cookeo and add the flour then mix with a wooden spoon or a whisk.
- Season to taste, let the sauce thicken for a few minutes on the “brown” mode, then serve immediately.
