- 100 g Chocolate
- 90 g Powdered sugar
- 90 g Soft semi-salted butter
- 90 g Egg whites (3 whites)
- 90 g Flour
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons bitter cocoa
- Mix butter and ointment sugar in a salad. Add the whites and mix.
- Add the flour and mix again. Film and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 165°C.
- Cover a baking sheet with baking paper and drop some tbsp. heaped coffee cups of dough.
- Spread the dough with the back of a small spoon to obtain circles of about 8-10 cm. Bake 5/6 min.
- Peel off the circles with a spatula while they are still hot and place them upside down on a board.
- Place a metal or wooden stick at the base then roll the dough around the stick as quickly as possible.
- Hold this shape for a few seconds then remove the stick and place the Russian cigarettes on a grid.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie then dip half of the Russian cigarettes in it before dipping them in the cocoa.
- Leave to harden on baking paper.
