- 1 romaine lettuce
- 2 chicken breasts
- 6 slices American-style bacon (smoked brisket)
- 4 eggs
- 6 mini vine tomatoes
- 2 lawyers
- Roquefort (optional)
- 60 ml wine vinegar
- 60 ml olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1 tablespoon minced chives
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt and pepper
- Cook the eggs to obtain hard boiled eggs then cut into strips.
- Grill the chicken breasts and bacon slices together in a skillet until golden brown.
- Cut them into not too thick slices.
- Wash and cut the romaine lettuce.
- Wash and cut the tomatoes into quarters.
- Peel and cut the avocado.
- Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing the mustard, Worcestershire sauce and wine vinegar in a bowl.
- Chop the garlic clove with a knife to make a puree.
- Add, while mixing, the garlic and salt.
- Slowly add, whisking in the olive oil until a creamy vinaigrette forms.
- Arrange the romaine lettuce on each plate.
- Top with tomato wedges, avocado strips, chicken and bacon slices and egg strips.
- Sprinkle a little Roquefort on each plate then forr the vinaigrette and pepper.
