Focaccia with Boursin® Spreadable Tomato Pepper, grilled asparagus and raw ham

FOR THE DOUGH:
- 250 g of flour
- 15 cl or 150 g of water
- 7 g baker's yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
FOR GARNISH :
- 1 jar of Boursin® Spreadable Tomato Pepper
- 1 handful of arugula
- 6 slices of raw ham
- In a bowl, pour the flour and baking powder and mix. Add the water little by little and knead with your hands.
- Add the salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil and knead again. Cover the dough with a damp cloth to prevent it from drying out and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Knead again until you get a soft and smooth dough. Flour the bowl and place the ball of dough in it covered with a damp cloth.
- Let the dough rise for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Rework the dough a little before rolling it out fairly coarsely.
- Form small hollows in the dough with your fingers and drizzle with the remaining olive oil.
- Leave to rest for another 15 minutes and bake for 15 minutes.
- Let the focaccia cool down and garnish it with Boursin® Spreadable Tomato and Pepper.
- Add a few rocket leaves and spread the slices of raw ham.
