Haddock green bean stuffed cabbage

- 1 bag of green beans
- Frozen butter beans
- 1 green cabbage
- 400 g haddock fillets
- 1 garlic clove
- 30 g salted butter
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon lemon olive oil
- 2 lemons
- Pepper
- Brown the green beans and the butter beans in a fry pan with the lemon-flavoured olive oil. Check the cooking, the vegetables must remain crunchy.
- Reserve in a salad bowl.
- Remove the first leaves of the cabbage and cut it in half.
- Gently remove the remaining leaves, wash them and blanch them in a large pot of salted boiling water for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Drain them on absorbent paper. Peel and chop the garlic finely. Cut the haddock fillets into thin strips.
- Layer 2 cabbage leaves, place a small bundle of beans, add a few strips of haddock, pepper, and close the leaves with kitchen string.
- Proceed in the same way until the planter and the haddock are exhausted.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and sweat the garlic for 2 minutes. Add the small bundles of planter and brown them.
- Sprinkle the juice over the lemons, keeping a few slices for decoration. Cover and cook for 5-6 mins.
- Serve hot.
