Lebanese-style minced veal pita

- 4 pita breads
- 4 thin slices of veal tendron, 100 g each
- 1 tbsp. Honey
- 1 tbsp. Harissa soup
- 0.5 tbsp. teaspoon Dried oregano
- 8 tomato slices
- rocket
- 1 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Salt and pepper the meat. Sprinkle with oregano.
- Heat a non-stick casserole dish with olive oil.
- Brown the meat on both sides then for in the honey and cook for 15 minutes over low heat.
- Keep the meat warm then slice it finely.
- For the harissa into the casserole with a little water to loosen the juices and let reduce.
- Return the meat to the juices and toss to coat.
- Cool the pitas, open them in half then garnish with tomato slices, arugula and minced veal.
