Marinated mackerel nets

- 1 kg mackerel prepared in nets
- 2 carrots
- 1 yellow onion
- 4 fresh onions
- 1 untreated lemon
- 60 cl dry white wine
- 20 cl white vinegar
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 bit of thyme
- 2 cloves
- Grain pepper
- Peel the carrots and yellow onion. Cut them into rings.
- Brush the lemon under hot water. Cut it into slices.
- Clean the fresh onions. Show them and link them.
- Rinse them mackerel nets. Dry them and place them in a hollow dish or a bowl.
- Pour the wine into a saucepan. Add the carrot and onion rings, the fresh onions, the bay leaf, the strand of thyme, the cloves and 1/4 of tbsp. pepper in grains. Heat and let it boil for 10 min.
- Add the vinegar and lemon and boil for 5 min more.
- Pour everything over the mackerel nets. Cover and let cool. Then place the dish in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
- Serve fresh with slices of rye or country bread.
