- 400 g Pizza dough
- 6 Petals of sun-dried tomatoes
- 100 g grated mozzarella
- 70 g grated Emmental cheese
- 3 tbsp. tablespoon thick tomato sauce
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons Frozen sliced onions
- 1 tbsp. coffee oregano
- Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle and brush it with the tomato sauce. Sprinkle with the grated mozzarella, the
- Emmental cheese, the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, the sliced onions and the oregano. Preheat the oven to 210°C (th. 7).
- Roll the dough into a sausage shape, tighten well and place in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Cut the sausage into sections of about 4-5 cm. Place them, spacing them out, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve the rolls hot right out of the oven.
