Serrano croque-grilled peppers

- 8 large slices of grain bread
- 100 g Comté
- 4 slices Serrano
- 2 yellow peppers
- 1 onion
- 4 knobs of butter
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Deseed and cut the peppers into strips. Peel and chop the onion. Fry them in a pan with olive oil until they are a little toasted.
- Slice thinly and place the Comté cheese on 4 slices of buttered bread. Place the serrano then the strips of peppers and onions on top. Season with salt and pepper and cover with the other slices of bread.
- Cook using a toastie maker for around 5 minutes.
