- 1 small green cabbage
- 500 g sausage flesh
- 2 large slices of sandwich bread
- 15 cl white wine
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- 1 small bouquet of flat parsley
- 1 bit of rosemary
- 2 strands of thyme
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50 g butter
- 1 tsp. squash seeds
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds
- Salt
- Pepper
- Detach 14 beautiful leaves of the cabbage and cook them 8 min in boiling water.
- Drain them and sprinkle them with very cold water. Soak the bread in 5 cl of water.
- Slice 2 precious cabbage sheets and melt them in 20 g of hot butter with the chopped onion and garlic.
- For the contents of the pan into a bowl and add the sausage flesh, drained bread, egg, chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Mix by hand.
- Preheat the oven on 180 ° C. Remove the thick part of the ribs of the cabbage leaves. Place them by 3 in rosette and garnish with stuffing.

- Store the small cabbage in a dish and add the wine and 1 drizzle of water.
- Sprinkle with butter and seed hazelnuts. Add thyme and rosemary. Bake for 20 min in the oven.
