Spaghetti with burrata green asparagus and wild garlic

- 200 g Spaghetti-like pasta
- 2 small burrata
- 6 green asparagus
- 4 wild garlic leaves
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tbsp. coffee Lemon juice
- 2 pinches Chilli flakes
- Salt
- Break the woody bases of your green asparagus. Peel them lightly. Plunge them into a saucepan filled with salted boiling water and cook them for 5 minutes. Refresh them immediately to maintain their vibrant green. Place them on absorbent paper and cut them into sections. Cut your asparagus in half lengthwise.
- Immerse your spaghetti in a pot filled with a large quantity of salted boiling water and cook it according to the time indicated on the package. Drain them.
- Eliminate the central rib of your wild garlic leaves.
- Mix the wild garlic leaves with the olive oil and lemon juice.
- In a salad bowl, mix your pasta with your wild garlic oil.
- Divide your spaghetti between 2 plates.
- Accompany them with burrata and green asparagus.
- Sprinkle all over with chili flakes. Salt.
