Stir-fried tofu with broccoli
Ingredients

- 300 g Tofu
- 200 g Broccoli florets
- 200 g green beans
- 1 quarter red pepper
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. Grated ginger
- 1 tbsp. tablespoons Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cut the tofu into cubes and place them in a deep dish.
- Add the grated ginger, lemon juice and soy sauce, mix, cover and leave to marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Rinse the broccoli florets. Stalk and wash the beans.
- Steam the vegetables for about 15 minutes (they should remain a little firm).
- Rinse the piece of bell pepper and cut it into small dice.
- Heat the oil in a fry pan and fry the drained tofu cubes for 5 minutes, stirring often.
- Add the diced peppers, broccoli and beans, salt and pepper, mix, cook for a few more minutes and serve.
Tip: serve with rice.
