Turkish Eggs

- 4 eggs
- 400 g Greek yogurt
- 40 g Butter
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp. 1/2 tsp Pomegranate seeds
- 4 tbsp. teaspoon Chopped dill
- 4 pinches Black sesame seeds
- 1 pinch of chilli powder
- Salt
- Put some water to boil in a saucepan and cook the soft-boiled eggs in it for 6 minutes. Peel them.
- While the eggs are cooking, heat the Greek yoghurt in a bain-marie with the peeled and pressed garlic and a pinch of chilli while whisking.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan until it takes on a hazelnut color.
- Place the yoghurt in 4 small bowls, add an egg opened in half on top, then drizzle with brown butter. Salt, sprinkle with chopped dill, black sesame seeds and pomegranate seeds before serving.
