FOR THE BURGER BUN:
- 1 jar of So hazelnut hemp dessert
- 2 tsp baker's yeast in grains
- 20 g oil
- 250 g of flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp So soy drink
- Black sesame seeds (or other seeds)
FOR GARNISH :
- 2 red onions
- 150 g seitan
- 1 avocado
- 1 small chilli
- 70 g cheddar cheese
- 10 cl of So hemp cooking
- 1 tbsp of flour
- Mesclun
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt pepper
- Prepare the burger bun. In a robot, pour the So hazelnut hemp dessert, the yeast and the oil and start mixing at low speed.
- Add the flour and salt and knead at low speed for 5 minutes.
- Cover and let rise for 1h30. On a floured work surface, fold the dough to expel the air and divide it into 4 pieces.
- Fold over each piece of dough, bringing the edges towards the centre.
- Form balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cover with a towel and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 190°C.
- Brown the loaves by brushing them with a little So Soy Beverage and sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Bake for 10 minutes.
- In a skillet, brown the sliced red onions and the seitan cut into strips. Salt, pepper.
- In a small saucepan, heat the So hemp cuisine and the flour.
- Whisk and add the cheddar cut into pieces. Whisk until you get a smooth sauce.
- Cut the buns and garnish them with the mesclun, the seitan, the red onions, the avocado cut into strips, a few slices of chilli and the cheddar sauce. Close the burgers.
