Egg casserole with spinach and feta

- 4 eggs
- 100 g feta
- 200 g creamed spinach (frozen)
- 20 g unsalted butter
- fine salt and black pepper from the mill
- Preheat your oven to th.6-7 (200°C).Cook your spinach in the cream over low heat. Set them aside until they cool slightly.
- Carefully butter four ovenproof ramekins. Spread the spinach in the bottom of the ramekins.
- Cut the feta into small dice then divide it into the ramekins so as to cover the spinach.
- Crack an egg over the feta in each ramekin. Salt and pepper to your liking. Place your ramekins in a baking dish.
- Fill the dish with water until you reach halfway up your ramekins of eggs casserole with spinach and feta.
- Bake your eggs casserole with spinach and feta and cook them for about 10 min, at th.6-7 (200°C).
- Serve them right out of the oven and enjoy them hot, accompanied by slices of toasted bread, for example.
