
Chicken gratin and its tomato coulis
Ingredients
Instructions
- 500 g Chicken breasts
- 1 shallot
- 1 tbsp. tablespoons Oil
- 1 knob Butter
- 1 jar of tomato coulis (about 200 g)
- 5 cl Cream
- 60 g Mozzarella
- Salt
- Pepper
- Peel and mince the shallot. Cut the chicken breasts into strips.
- Heat the butter and oil in a fry pan and brown the shallot.
- Add the chicken strips and brown them on all sides. Add salt and pepper.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (th.6). Cut the mozzarella into pieces. In a bowl, mix the cream and the tomato coulis.
- Distribute the contents of the sauté pan in an oven dish and cover with the coulis/cream mixture.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and bake for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
Tip: you can replace the mozzarella with Comté cheese. Serve with batavia.
