
Express Chicken Stroganoff

- 500 g Chicken breast
- 0.5 tbsp. 1/2 tsp Paprika
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp. Butter
- 1 large onion
- 250 g button mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. Flour
- 500 ml Chicken broth
- 0.5 Lemon
- 2 tbsp. coffee Mustard
- 125 ml Heavy cream
- Chopped parsley
- Start by cutting the chicken into regular pieces then salt and pepper them. Chop the onion.
- Heat a large fry pan. Add half of the oil and sear half of your chicken pieces over high heat.
- Remove the chicken pieces, reserve them on a plate and sear the other half of the chicken pieces in the same way. Book.
- Then place the butter in the pan and add the onion. Brown for a few minutes then add the mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally.
- Add the paprika, salt and pepper. Dissolve the flour in a little broth and for over.
- Add the rest of the broth and cook, stirring occasionally to thicken the sauce.
- When you see that the sauce has thickened, add the mustard, heavy cream and the juice of half a lemon. Mix.
- Add the chicken to the pan and heat for a few minutes without letting it boil.
