
Baked omelet with soy shrimp and snow peas

- 8 Eggs
- 10 cl Liquid cream
- 1 sweet red pepper
- 8 Prawns
- 1 handful bean sprouts
- 1 handful Snap peas
- Salt
- Pepper
- Remove the heads of your prawns then remove the shell, taking care to keep the last ring and the tail.
- Wash the chilli, cut it into rings, taking care to remove the seeds.
- Crack your eggs into a bowl, salt and pepper.
- Beat your eggs with an electric mixer for 5 minutes. Add the cream and mix.
- For your whipped eggs into a baking dish.
- Decorate with slices of chilli and prawns.
- Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
- Wash your bean sprouts.
- Immerse your snow peas in a saucepan filled with salted boiling water for 2 minutes. Refresh them immediately and then drain them.
- Decorate your omelet with gourmet peas and bean sprouts.
